Grace Martinez

In recent years, Grace Martinez has moved away from sculptural ceramics and into wheel thrown pottery. For her, the ability to combine form and function is particularly exciting. She designs work with sculptural themes in mind, emphasizing curvy shapes, balance, and boldness. Grace Martinez lives in Central District, Seattle and spends most of her time styling pottery, cooking Mexican food, and playing board games with her roommates.
