Was your New Year's resolution to be more creative? Well this workshop is for you!
Seattle artist, Coco Spadoni, will guide you through the basics of coil building and a surface decoration method called paper resist. You will finish the class with a unique piece of art that also has a function!
Workshop will be in-person hosted at Saltstone Ceramics in the Wallingford Neighborhood of Seattle.
This workshop is appropriate for all levels of experience with clay and is open to students 15 and older.
Coco Spadoni is a ceramist artist and teacher based in Seattle. They are drawn to bold bright colors that pop with modern freshness! Spadoni uses patterns and abstract characters to explore what it means to be holistically human- with all our messiness and playful energy. Coco has taught hundreds the basics of clay and loves making art accessible!
The materials will be provided on-site. All firing services are include in cost, and instructor will glaze your pieces in a clear for you.
