Summer Teen and Youth Intensive: Aug. 11th - 15th, 9am - 12pm

Finally! A summer clay camp just for youth ages 13-17!

Whether you’re a brand new beginner or have lots of experience, you are sure to build skills in this class. Students will learn wheel-throwing and hand-building as well as techniques for finishing and glazing them. All materials are provided.

Are you interested in getting your hands muddy and learning the basics of wheel thrown pottery? This camp will offer teens a great opportunity to practice creating their own 3D works of art on the pottery wheel. The pottery wheel is a great way for youth to use art as a way to express themselves.

This whole-body creative effort will give your teen an engaging and exciting new skill that will keep them occupied for the week. With only ten students in the class, everyone is sure to get a lot of individual instruction.

Class takes place at our Wallingford studio from 9am to 12pm everyday for a week. We recommend that students attend all sessions — there will not be make up sessions available.
