Hei Mao Studio
Hei Mao Studio is a Seattle-based ceramics studio started by Rosa Lee as an antidote to the lingering effects of corporate life. With a background in design and growing up in a culture of cuteness, she’s exploring a not-as-serious approach to life through comically cute ceramics…ie we don’t take ourselves too seriously at Hei Mao as the boss is a cat and the worst employee is the dog. Not coincidentally, Hei Mao means black cat in Chinese mandarin.
