Collection: AleClayLab

At Alexandra's Clay Lab (AleClayLab), I share the deep connection I have with clay and the healing it brings to my life.

My journey with clay began during a year of ceramics in my hometown of Bogotá, Colombia. Though I pursued a different career path, the pull of clay never left me. Years later, I picked up ceramics again. What started as a hobby became a deep passion. I set up my own studio at home. There, I explored my voice and techniques. I experimented with materials and pushed the limits of my craft.

During my time as an apprentice to a studio pottery, I sharpened my skills. I learned a great deal about the art of ceramics. This experience strengthened my bond with the medium. It also strengthened my commitment to creating pots that are meaningful and useful.

I see AleClayLab as my journey in ceramics. It's a path that reflects life and keeps me learning. My mission is to become part of your daily kitchen and dining rituals. I want to enhance your experience of cooking and sharing meals with handmade pots, crafted one by one. I hope my work resonates with you and touches your life.

Using clay products fosters a connection with Mother Earth. It engages our senses and touches our souls.

Thank you for inspiring me and allowing my work to be a part of your home. Connect with me on social media or subscribe to my newsletter!
