Collection: Jay Marsh

I am an illustrator and ceramicist in the PNW! I have a BFA in Illustration + Design from ArtCenter College of Design. I value and cherish the knowledge I gained there and use it everyday, job or otherwise. One thing my art school was missing was a proper ceramic studio (isn't that wild?), so when I moved back home to Washington, I immediately started doing ceramics at my local ceramic studio. I enjoy doing sculptural work and using underglaze. I am working on cherishing imperfection and creating things that make me happy. 

Most of my art has birds in it because I love birds! I also love to include nature and bright colors in my work. Other things I like to do include sewing, thrifting, and going on walks and eating the berries I find on trails.
