Persian pitcher! Handwash only. Do not microwave. Measures approx. 4.5" tall and 5" wide. The pitchers are based off of ancient iranian, anamorphic vessels that often resembled the different animals of the land that the makers lived in. These pitchers are referencing a mythological hoofed creature that doesn't actually exist and is a figment of my imagination, however it is closely related to the wild deer that exist in Southern California deserts and horned goats of Iran. They are obvara fired, which is an experimental raku firing where the objects are submerged in a yeast vat and sprayed with fermented drinks.
