Nerikomi Openwork Notepad Mug

This mug features a design reminiscent of a notepad. The thin, slightly translucent white porcelain, akin to paper, is decorated with patterns resembling the ruled lines of a notebook using the Nerikomi technique. The playful design includes punch holes resembling loose-leaf paper.

The holes are inlaid with a glass-like glaze, ensuring that liquid inside won't spill. The punch holes allow light to pass through providing a surprising effect with each use.

Each of these mugs are handmade and one-of-a-kind, and thus will have variations in paper orientation/number of holes.
